Assist to generate Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
Assist to Coordinate and Liaise with the Logistics / Shipping department to arrange for Shipments
And ensure on-time delivery of shipments
Work closely with the Sales engineers
Upkeep of all invoices, and data entries into system
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Aljunied.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
