• Coordinating with the various Sales Divisions to prepare accurate and complete costings and official quotations.
• Developing and producing detailed, extensive and professional quality tender submissions.
• Liaising with Principal, customers and partners on deliveries and ensuring that all shipments are accomplished on schedule.
• Administering Data Management in the department.
• Compiling reports in the department.
• Possess a minimum GCE "O' Level and preferably with 2 to 3 years of sales administrative experience
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
