Performs clerical and administrative duties including typing, proofreading and editing documents, correspondence and reports for assigned department.
Enters data from various sources into spreadsheets, verifies input and calculations.
Suggests improvements to increase efficiency and improve communication of departmental and functional information.
Assists department staff in developing and preparing complex presentation material.
Maintains efficient paper and electronic filing system and ensures quick retrieval of requested documents.
Responsible for maintaining proposal project folders and all proposals correspondence log.
Responsible for setting up & maintaining all proposal clarification register.
Supports Proposal Publisher in all document editing activities.
Single point of contact for all proposal correspondence. Will be responsible for disseminating & consolidating all clarifications.
Responsible for entering of sales orders into the SAP system.
Responsible for manual Proforma creation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
5 years working experience in a manufacturing company and relevant working experience in inside sales office will be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP systems and intermediate level Excel Skill will be an added advantage
Knowledge of commercial and shipping procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
Good written and oral communication, inter-personal and customer service skills
Able to work under pressure and overtime
