Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone enquiries (internal & external customers)
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales order and delivery orders
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in relation to the preparation of sales collateral material and quotations
  • Daily updating of sales & stock related files to ensure that proper records are kept for month end closing
  • Assist in inventory control of spare parts
  • Liaise with forwarders & movers for import/export issues and deliveries
  • Preparing monthly sales & stock reports for management
  • Assist auditors in fiscal year- end inventory & other sales related issues

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder preferably with relevant working experience
  • Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Japanese language to liaise with colleagues from Japan
