Job Descriptions


  • Provide full spectrum of sales co-ordination support to the Parts Section,
  • Liaise with agents , customers & Juki overseas offices on enquiries relating to spare parts sales,
  • Process sales orders & quotation,
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse staff on shipment matters,
  • Participate in the monthly stock-taking at the warehouse,
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Candidate must possess GCE ā€œNā€ or ā€œOā€ Level
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in sales admin
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Pleasant personality with positive work attitude
  • Singaporean and PR preferred

We offer good salary package and working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm (5-day week)
