Position: Customer Coordinator (Technical Service) (5 days/ Clementi/ Max $2000)
- Planning of job schedule with Supervisor/Engineer/Manager on servicing of Fire Fighting, Rescue and Safety equipment onboard ship/workshop.
- Co-ordinate and follow up enquiries and orders from Customer Service.
- Preparation of quotation for submission to Customer Service.
- Assist in preparation of the service report and certificate as needed upon job completion.
- Inform Customer Service of work progress and additional works.
- Finalise cost and selling price for approval and invoicing upon job completion.
- Preferable with engineering/technical study or relevant work experience.
- Proactive customer service attitude

- Process daily sales quotations and orders
- Liaise with customers, vendors and engineers on delivery lead time
- Maintain up-to-date inventory
- Provide general administrative and sales support for product group
- GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh are welcome
- PC Literate with relevant working experience
- Familiar with Oracle and SAP are advantageous
