Position: Customer Coordinator (Technical Service) (5 days/ Clementi/ Max $2000)
-Planning of job schedule with Supervisor/Engineer/Manager on servicing of Fire Fighting, Rescue and Safety equipment onboard ship/workshop.
-Co-ordinate and follow up enquiries and orders from Customer Service.
-Preparation of quotation for submission to Customer Service.
-Assist in preparation of the service report and certificate as needed upon job completion.
-Inform Customer Service of work progress and additional works.
-Finalise cost and selling price for approval and invoicing upon job completion.
-Preferable with engineering/technical study or relevant work experience.
-Proactive customer service attitude
-Strong co-ordination skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
-Service oriented and safety minded approach
-Fresh graduate will be considered
Position : Customer Service Officer x 3 (5 days / Changi North / $1800 - $2400)
-Process daily sales quotations and orders
-Liaise with customers, vendors and engineers on delivery lead time
-Maintain up-to-date inventory
-Provide general administrative and sales support for product group
-GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma
-1 - 2 years of relevant experience
-Fresh are welcome
-PC Literate with relevant working experience
-Familiar with Oracle and SAP are advantageous
