Our Client is a European semiconductor equiptment company located in Science Park.
Responsible to process new customer sales orders (quotations, customers’ purchase order with verifications and followup with customers in case of discrepancies: part price, part no, commercial term)
Ensure business transaction closure from sales order through issuance of delivery note & invoicing and payment.
Maintain close customer relationship through prompt response to request through telephone, email and other forms of media.
Co-ordinate with external warehouse logistics on the incoming and outgoing shipments.
Process warranty orders and monitor warranty returns against own responsible territory.
Review department performance, initiate continuous business process improvements and monitor progress against meaningful key performance indicators (KPI)
Establish effective controlling/reporting tools for the department
Analysis and interpretation of results
Minimum ‘A’ Level or diploma in business administrative
4-5 Years of working experiences
Excellent SAP knowledge, Analysis tools like MS-Excel-, Access
Strength in business analysis
Reliable, accurate, teamplayer, able to work under pressure
Able to commence work within short notice
