Sales Engineer/Account Manager
Responsible in Sales activities including follow up with customers:
1.Region
•Semiconductor in Singapore and Malaysia
2.Sales and Marketing activities:
•Develops, define and execute positioning in the Singapore/Malaysia market
•Build relationships with customers
•Develop the business relationship with customers, distribution network and industrial organizations including key influencers in the industrial community.
•Manage strategic customer identification and early engagement activities including unreleased product trials
•Execute Sales in terms of product offering, pricing and qualifications
•Establishing and managing key accounts including contracting
•Provide input for yearly forecasting
•Provide input for product specifications
•Work with local team on business growth
•Delivers input for business proposals for customers
•Manage commercial quotations, price management under supervision of the GM Asia
•Undertake ah-hoc assignments as and when required as assigned by Department Managers.
3.Key Issues Facing the Role:
•Execute on Sales and meet Sales targets (including repair sales)
•Defining and develop sales strategies (pricing, distribution, promotion, product requirements)
•Orchestrate the different sales strategies

-At least Diploma preferably in chemical, electronic, micro-electronics or mechanical engineering
-Degree is considered added value.
-At least 2 years of experience in Wafer Fab (semicon) industries.
-Key account management including contracting
-Self starter and capable to work independently
-Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
-Proven sales and commercial skills in a business-to-business environment
-Knowledge of the semiconductor or LED industry
-Effective in communicating and able to get ideas across to all levels.
-Good analytical skills, negotiation and sales skills.
-Technical understanding (development, production, quality)
-Personality with clear creative and people focused character.
-Team player with Can-do mentality.
-Result and service oriented.
-Prepared to travel overseas
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin fluently.
Work experience will commensurate with Salary.
Salary Range: S$2,500~3,500 per month excluding allowances, AWS and bonuses.
