Responsibilities:

  • Acquire customers, manage enquiries and provide post-sales services 
  • Plan, organize and coordinate the logistics for events 
  • Capable of conceptualising and managing events for our MNC clients 
  • Overall events management, including on-site execution and smooth delivery of event

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level or SPM.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of events organisation experience. 
  • Knowledge of D&D, Family Day, Product Launches, Team Building, Seminar & Exhibition will be advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and communications and client relationship skills. 
  • Aggressive and self-driven, resourceful, independent and result driven.
  • Results oriented with good attitude and initiative 
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills 
  • A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure 
  • Bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Office
