- Provide administrative supports eg, order processing, follow-up on after sales enquiries, follow-up on overdue account, issuing invoice etc.
- General admin duties including filing, generating of various documentation (invoice etc), data entry, dealing with correspondence.
- Written & verbal communication between the company & its customers, and suppliers.
- Any other administrative related tasks assigned by the management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with clients and customers from diversified backgrounds.

- Good personality - friendly, cheerful, patient and detail.
