Responsibilities:

  • Responsbile for achieving sales targets for allocated shows/projects.
  • Obtaining Exhibitors' List, Floor Plan & Exhibitiors Manual from organizer/affiliate/agent.
  • Provide sales to local exhibitors (submit service request forms & standard letter, quotation & follow-up sales confirmation through the Confirmation of Acceptance [CoA]).
  • Provide sales to overseas exhibitors through agents/affiliates, associations or directly.
  • Provide sales for ad-hoc requests (general shipments).
  • Upon sales confirmation, create job no. in Global Exhibition Management System (GEMS).
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company's services.
  • Prepare & update sales report.
  • Attend organizers' meeting/exhibition briefing with project staff.
  • Conduct joint survey with project staff.
  • Perform job hand over to project staff.
  • Attend pre/post show review.
  • Public relations with marketing.
  • Service retainer clients.
  • Show file's maintenance (before handing over to Projects Department).
  • Visit show during show period.
  • Perform market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Changi North.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
