As part of their expansion in the region, they are now looking for an Sales Manager/Director to develop the sales team in order to achieve the aimed results.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the region, you will have direct reports that will develop the growth and sales opportunities. In more detail, you will:

  • Develop and drive sales strategies for your team to achieve their targets and market growth
  • Plan and implement people development strategies in order to ensure their proper evolution and growth with the company
  • Be a coach and a leader for your team, managing and encouraging them to go to the extra mile
  • Be a team developer responsible for the profitable attainment of specific sales and strategic objectives
  • Accountable for the coaching, leadership and management of the sales team
  • Ensure plans are followed and implemented as per the company‚Äôs objectives and in line with its strategy

The Successful Applicant

You have previous experience in the engineering sector, with at least 8 years of experience in sales, strategy and people development:

  • You possess a strong and analytical (and strategic) mindset and you are able to quickly differentiate all sorts of information in order to prioritize accordingly and take appropriate decisions
  • You are highly self-motivated, independent and empathic and you have previously managed a team and found ways to motivate them in order to achieve results
  • You are a mentor and a coach, having a proven track record in leading and developing sales teams strategically in order for the to achieve the next level
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you come across as a very persuasive negotiator
