Job Descriptions

  • Mapping the PV market in the SEA region by actions of marketing intelligence
  • Defining the prioritization where (which country) to concentrate the sales activity
  • Managing the direct sales activity for PV inverters (grid-tied) in the region, developing the deal from prospect up to the final closure.
  • Prospecting both EPCs and Developers by prioritizing the best opportunities
  • Working with the customer's technical department in explaining our solutions and being able to explain our strengths vs. our competitors
  • Technically able in supporting the customers, understanding their needs and providing the best technical solutions accordingly¬†
  • Acting as interface between customer and Bonfiglioli German R&D for specific technical needs
  • Keep being updated with markets trends and competitors activities
  • Preparing weekly activities reports to the management
  • Preparing and managing his own budget and the rolling forecast

QUALIFICATION

(A) EDUCATIONAL :

  • Bachelor in electrical / electronic engineering, also in electronics & tlc

(B) EXPERIENCE :

  • 3+ years in technical sales (electrical / electronic / tlc) in B2B business context
  • Experience in PV sector is a plus (from inverter suppliers (grid-tied) is preferred)

(C) SPL. SKILLS REQD :

  • Able to manage large accounts and complex negotiations
  • Solid technical knowledge of inverters
  • Strong commercial negotiations¬†
  • Used to manage technical sales by project
  • Able to sell on value and not on price
