Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing new ways to improve sales and meet sales targets
- Assist customers and responding to customer complaints, requests, queries, and comments
- Train, supervise and review staff performance
- Responsible for daily inventory and sales perfoemance
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience as a store manager managing retail stores, preferably related to IT products
- Must work on the sales floor assisting customers
- Must have good IT/computer knowledge
- Ability to motivate staff and enforce rules and regulations in the workplace
- Driven, enthusiastic and takes initiative
- Positive and cheerful attitude
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Basic Salary + attractive commission
