Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team to perform sales support functions including preparation of statistical reports and bill adjustments
• Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, IS, Marketing, Finance) to understand user requirements and assumptions
• Generate sales reports for relevant users on daily, weekly and monthly basis, to facilitate timely business decision making and KPI settings. This process involves identifying the source of raw data, criteria setting, information/reports presentation and relevant analysis
• Prepare weekly reports and facilitate weekly sales and marketing meetings with Sales and Marketing departments
• Highlight unusual trends and abnormalities in sales numbers for timely action plans required by sales team
• Prepare statistics and facilitate discussions for monthly tracking and annual operating plan exercise and assist in sales target setting and allocation
• To understand various in-house data and information system capabilities to effectively guide team to perform necessary functions
• Be updated on business objectives and directions to prepare relevant reports useful for tracking business progress

Requirements:

• Must possess a recognized and good degree in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in Telecommunication industry or other service industry
• Experience in statistics and reporting work is a must
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and have an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task, work within given time line and have a strong sense of urgency
• Good team player and ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team
• Demonstrate resilience and ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and excellent Excel knowledge is a must
