Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible to: -
Participate in sales activities in his / her assigned market, and to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the Hotel’s business objectives;
Secure new businesses for room sales and develop existing accounts to meet the Hotel’s revenue goals and objectives;
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up;
The incumbent is expected to possess a track record of at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry. He / She should be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He / She should also be adaptable and determined, and desires to be in a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drives for achievements. Strong negotiation skills and a Will-to-Winmindset are essential. Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage.
