Our client is a provider of integrated IT solutions. They offer several services including consultancy, development, integration, infrastructure management etc, approaching IT from a real business perspective. The organization has a flat / lean reporting structure, which will create an accelerated learning environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with their experienced managers frequently and open door policy for any advice ensures you are nurtured for long-term career development and personal growth.



  • Provide Sales Support for enquires regarding hardware and software fulfillment (Eg: PCs, Desktops, printers, software licenses, warranty renewal etc)
  • Handle incoming (phone & email) inquiries
  • Upsell IT products & services to clients
  • Generate quotations to clients
  • Send purchase order (PO) and coordinate with suppliers for purchases
  • Follow up and collect payment from clients
  • Arrange delivery of IT equipment to clients
  • Prepare weekly sales reports to Sales Manager
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required


  • Min 1 year of IT Helpdesk/ Desktop Support / Sales / Client Servicing / Retail IT are all welcome to apply
  • Proficient in IT technical knowledge of PCs, Desktops, printers, software licenses etc
  • Possess IT knowledge is essential. Without sales experiences are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills in telephone/ email/ conversational
  • Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Only Singaporean and PR need apply


Other information


  • Basic salary: $2000 to $2500
  • Remuneration Package: Basic + Quarterly Incentive Commission (Range: $200 - $500)
