Responsibilities:
- Provide pre and post-sales support to the Operations Team
- Provide a first class customer driven scanning and central printing service to required standards
- Log all new applications and documents received into the respective files
- Ensure that all incoming post is correctly sorted and distributed
- Archive all necessary documents
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- min. 'O' level
- min. 1 year of administrative experience in the Insurance industry
- Possess appropriate computer knowledge, proficient with Microsoft Office will be advantageous
- Fast and keen learner, meticulous
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
