Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to the Operations Team
  • Provide a first class customer driven scanning and central printing service to required standards
  • Log all new applications and documents received into the respective files
  • Ensure that all incoming post is correctly sorted and distributed
  • Archive all necessary documents
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • min. 'O' level
  • min. 1 year of administrative experience in the Insurance industry
  • Possess appropriate computer knowledge, proficient with Microsoft Office will be advantageous
  • Fast and keen learner, meticulous
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
