1) Scheduler : Over 5-years
Responsibilities:
• In charge of Schedule Management
• Attend daily/weekly progress meeting
• Construction schedule management
• Co-ordination with each consultant (Client consultant / internal consultant / sub contractor / Authorities)
• Co-ordinate combined schedule (Master Program and each trades)
• Design work schedule management
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or Structural Engineering.
• Over 5 years (Singapore experience preferred) experience in design consultancy or construction company.
• Experience in hospital and/or large scale multi- purpose building project.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Standard and Practice.
• Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, word, MS project, power point), Auto CAD
• A good team player with positive attitude & result-oriented
• Open to foreigner with local working experience
• SGD 2500 – 4000 based on qualification + AWS
• Nearest MRT(300m):Jurong East
