Job Descriptions

  • Reporting to Head of Department, Digital
  • Originate, coordinate and execute regional search and lead generation activities in alignment with Group initiatives
  • Responsible for regional budget and bidding planning, coordination with internal stakeholders and agencies, creation and production of new lead funnels, implementation support and tracking of all search and lead generation activities
  • Interacts with the local marketing and sales, as well as internal IT teams to ensure that all search and lead generation efforts are well implemented adequately reflect the business brand and generate high traffic and leads volume, with a focus on quality and conversion.
  • Manage and lead creative, technology and search agencies to maximize speed to market and return on investment
  • Coordinate and project manage full implementation of across the region
  • Track business impact, prepare regional performance analysis reports and draft recommendations


  • Degree in business or marketing or English or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of search marketing experience, with focus on SEM
  • Hands-on working experience in a lead generation role
  • International exposure will be preferred
  • Outstanding project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills, tenacious, but diplomatic
  • Outstanding written English skills, proven copywriting talent
  • Creative and resourceful, pro-active and solution-oriented mindset
  • A good team player who is able to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
  • Effective understanding and hands-on experience of latest web best practices and ability to recognize how to best apply them to drive marketing and sales success
