We are a training consultancy specializing in financial and investment training located in Shenton Way. We also provide association management / secretariat services to industry organizations and selected non-profit societies. We now have a vacancy for a Secretariat Manager with the following credentials:

Job Requirements:

  • Integrity, Diligence and Competence;
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English. Good command of a second language is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint;
  • Conversant in websites/internet, Web 2.0 and other new media
  • Knowledge of financial accounting is preferred
  • Singapore PR or citizen only

Job Scope:

  1. Organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings;
  2. Manage external communications, including vetting of emails blast, newsletters and web postings;
  3. Supervising other staff who will be running events, classes and other activities;
  4. Filing of accounting, tax and other statutory returns;
  5. Maintaining schedule of meetings, events and activities;
  6. Manage relationships with key employers/clients (training needs, sponsorships. May be in conjunction with another staff who’s responsible for sales & marketing);
  7. Any other administrative duties that may be prescribed by management from time to time.
