Job Descriptions


  • Provide secretarial support to 2 managers
  • Screening telephone calls, arranging appointment, handling general enquiries from internal and external clients, typing and filing.
  • Assist in travel arrangement/ hotel bookings
  • Maintain proper system for records, files, updating of information and database for greater efficiency
  • Organise and maintain diaries, and scheduling appointments
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned


  • Diploma and preferably with  PSC Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of secretarial experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly independent and pro-active
  • MNC, 5 days week, good benefits
  • Salary will depend on experience $2.5K-$3.3K
