- Screening telephone calls, arranging appointment, handling general enquiries from internal and external clients, typing and filing.
- Assist in travel arrangement/ hotel bookings
- Maintain proper system for records, files, updating of information and database for greater efficiency
- Organise and maintain diaries, and scheduling appointments
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Diploma and preferably with PSC Certificate.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of secretarial experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly independent and pro-active
- MNC, 5 days week, good benefits
