Job Descriptions


  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Chairman and the Chairman’s office.
  • Manage Executive Chairman’s diary and appointments
  • Maintain proper and efficient office filing system
  • Coordinate business travel and accommodation of Executive Chairman, other staff and visitors/guests from overseas
  • Collate travel expenditure and make claims for double taxation from IE/STB
  • Prepare Agreements with Collaboration Partners
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings
  • Collate and compile monthly minutes and quarterly presentations and reports from all departments
  • Assist in translation from Chinese to English and vice versa
  • Ordering of stationery and other office supplies


  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in Office and Secretarial Skills
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Resourceful, meticulous, multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess a mature personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese

Willing to work on a 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturdays
