Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Check and inspect all incoming and outgoing vendors, visitors and contractors and issue passes to them
• Responsible to protect and guard against unauthorized entry into company premises
• Ensure goods transport out by external party from company has to be supported by proper documentation (Gate Pass)
• To ensure that safety of loading bay area is in standard order
• Provide direction to all vehicles to the authorized parking lot and ensure they park properly
• Also to ensure staff bicycles are properly parked at authorized designated lots at all times
• Provide direction to visitors and guests
• Perform patrolling within company compound
• Monitor and ensure company compound are clean and safe at all times
• Perform other duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary / GCE “O” level
• Physically fit with healthy eyesight and hearing
• Willing to preform shift work
• Min 2 years of experience in related field
• Those with prior experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage
