Job Descriptions


You will perform General Ledger functions including:-

  • Preparation of management reports, presentation slides
  • Preparation of tax & audit schedules
  • Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Reconciliation of inter-company and bank balances and monitoring cashflow
  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Handling fixed assets register
  • Preparation of GST return
  • Preparation of budgets


  • Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Technically competent with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in real estate investment trust is preferred
  • Experience in ACCPAC would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good numerical and communications skills
  • Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision
