Job Descriptions





  • Acknowledge and register claims
  • Provide administrative support to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Process claims payments
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Manage telephone enquiries and attend to walk-in claimants/intermediaries
  • Provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report
  • Coach and co-ordinate work of the junior administrative officers
