•Ensure that status reporting and time allocations are reported in a timely manner 

•Assist with time and cost management monitoring and reporting

•Project scheduling and progress tracking

•Budgeting and cost/expense tracking

•Meeting arrangement and follow-up

•Traveling and expense management

•Document and deliverable management

•Other project-related logistics management

 

Qualifications

 

•A previous experience in project administration, project coordination, project support and/or project documentation 

•At least 3 years active working experiences

•Proficient in written and spoken English
