Job Description:

Job Scope:

- Strategise, plan and implement programmes and systems relating to Organisational Excellence (OE) (in areas of PS21, Change Management, Innovation, Business Excellence, Process Management etc.)

- Facilitate corporate events in promoting OE programmes and initiatives, such as My Ideas, I-Cube, ISO9000 and Singapore Quality Award framework

- Review and analyse performance / health of various OE programmes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Good Bachelor Degree from a recognised university

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience involving Organisational Excellence programmes

- Conversant in problem-solving, decision-making and statistical tools

- An aptitude in facilitating and coordinating group activities

- Excellent interpersonal skills and possess good writing, presentation and communication skills

- Resourceful and able to work independently
