Job Descriptions



• Act as a learning partner to lead and drive employee learning and development needs and initiatives for assigned departments
• Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) for respective assigned departments and identify key development initiatives and programmes
• Worked with department heads and managers to develop and implement learning and development initiatives / programmes
• Source and work with external vendors to design and implement learning solutions
• Facilitate the selection and review of external training programmes with respective managers to match employees’ identified learning needs
• Ensure that approved overseas and external training plans are efficiently executed
• Update and maintain the training database to enable and facilitate analysis and management decision-making
• Worked with government institutions such as MAS, WDA and IDA to apply for training grants and subsidies for approved courses to maximise all available training incentive schemes
• Develop and establish competency frameworks to support and drive learning as part of capability development for departments
• Undertake OD and HR related projects as part of career growth and development initiatives


• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in learning & development is preferred
• Good in depth knowledge of latest learning & development practices
• Possess good verbal and writing and communication skills
• Demonstrate competence and confidence in presentation and facilitation
• Has good problem solving, analytical and project management skills
• Proficient in usage of MS Powerpoint to design learning packages and MS Excel for reporting matters
• Familiar with government training grant and incentive schemes
• Has an eye for details and is able to manage changes
• A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
