Our client is a leading international school in Singapore and currently they are seeking for a Facilities & Security Manager to safeguard the security of the premise in accordance to the operations guideline.
Reporting directly to the Campus Manager, you will be managing both facilities and safe guarding. You will be taking care of the facilities operations checks, conduct management review to ensure standard of achievement, prepare & monitor monthly operational expenditure, as well as to liaise with vendors and government bodies on matters pertaining to all campus facilities operational needs. Additionally, you will also have to oversee the appointed security service providers on a daily basis, review and enforce security policies and procedures and to attend to any security issues surfaced. Last but not least, you will be also taking care of the emergency response plan.
Ideally you should have at least 5 years of experience in a facilities management role. You should also possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification to perform FSM duties whenever required. You should have good communication skills, able to work independently, and also be able to work under pressure.
