Our client, a standout leader within the professional services space is looking for a hands-on HR leader to join the Singapore team.

Reporting to the HR Director and dotted line to the General Manager in Singapore, you have full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR for the Singapore business. Leading a team, you will be a key member of the senior management team, and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years of HR experience in a professional services setting,interacting with senior level staff. You should come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across different cultures.
