China (Wuxi) -Ability to gather customer product requirement, define and design manufacturing test coverage. -Ability to identify and select suitable test equipment performs system integration and debug. -Ability to perform test software code changes when required. -Ability to highlight and resolve test related issues efficiently with little assistance/guidance. -Ability to have conceptual fixture design/ideas, identify and select suitable local fixture vendor for fabrication of fixture from conceptual design. -Ability to source test fixture, test accessories, and test equipment locally in China. -Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. -Ability to brainstorm and provide ideas, suggestion and solution to test problems. -Ability to support factory pilot build, identify test issue list and track it to closure. -Assist factory (when required) in identifying and rectifying test system related technical issues for product that are in mass production. -Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management on reported failures. -Able to work effectively with different teams within Company. -Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Company or customer specific.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. -3-8 years of working experience on test engineering, or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing environment. -Possess software coding experience. C#, C++, Labview, Teststand programming skill will be an advantage.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS -Possessed test and measurement hardware skills. -Possessed test and measurement software skill and equipment driver development. -Ability to provide technical training to factory engineering personnel. -Good debugging and analytical skills -Ability to understand electronic circuit design. -Ability to converse, read and write fluently in both mandarin and English. -Ability to clearly express and communicate to cross-functional team either within Company or external to customer and vendors. -Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common technical terms. -Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers or members of the business community. -Ability to effectively present information to internal teams and management and is a good team player.
