Job Descriptions

Our client, a well known pastries & cakes industry in Singapore.
 
  • Develop training capabilities of the organization which include formulating the annual training plan, evaluating training programs and proposing strategies for continuous learning
  • Conduct training and assessment in WSQ
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on training programs

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma preferably in HRM / HRD or equivalent
  • Must possess the Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in F&B/  hotel/ retail industry
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with a passion in training
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Woodlands
