Job Descriptions

You will be required to:

  • Provide leadership for the Content & Pedagogy Unit, elevate the quality of teaching resources, pedagogy and tutor development initiatives
  • Liaising with various schools (primary and secondary) to provide effective learning tools and provide support to these schools on the implementation of ICT-enabled learning /
  • interactive tools
  • Identify future educational needs, plan, develop and modify initiatives to meet the needs of the students and tutors in SINDA’s tuition programmes
  • Mentor and develop staff through a supportive and collaborative team approach, fostering cross-program synergy and coordination
  • Provide support and monitor the operations of the unit
  • Liaising with vendors and external parties for exploration of collaboration as part of business development for the Content & Pedagogy Unit


  • Minimum Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
  • Professional qualification in education
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience in Education Industry, preferably in curriculum development
  • MOE teachers with leadership experience
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Proactive to operate effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Ability to work under stress and multi-tasks to meet deadlines
  • Good network with schools principals and administrators
  • Good understanding of financial budget and management skills to lead a team
