The Job
Reporting to the Director, Service Quality, you will provide executionary and operational leadership to the selection of high quality frontline service staff. You will identify best practices and develop process in selecting the highest quality candidates to fill frontline service positions. In addition, you will also conceptualizes the development of total training framework to create an unbeatable world-class healthcare frontline service force in SGH.
Requirements
A good degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
Minimum 8 years of solid recruitment, design and conduct of competency training and development experience
Resourceful and strong conceptualization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and ability to work well and interact with people at all levels
Good facilitation skills a must
