Lead in assessing the feasibility, development and implementation of a national Continuing Education and Training system
You will work with various industry partners, including employers, training providers, programme developers and consultants, to develop and implement programmes as well as training infrastructures, including industry competency maps, standards and curriculum and assessment guides
Support the development and implementation of workforce development strategies, as well as, identifying skills and training needs of the local workforce to enhance their employability and in so doing raise industry competitiveness for the healthcare and community services sector.
Assist in industry analysis, draw up a strategic manpower development plan, conceptualise and implement workforce development interventions strategies to gain the support of industry partners, unions and stakeholders.
Analyse the performance and effectiveness of the various manpower development strategies and programmes implemented.
Candidates with minimum 3- 5 years of relevant working experience may apply for the Senior position.

Self-motivated team players with strong inter-personal, organisational, management, administrative, communication, writing and presentation skills
Strong project management and implementation skills
Candidates with related experience in manpower planning and development, adult training, curriculum development as well as review and evaluation of manpower development programmes will have an added advantage
