Job Descriptions


To work with the Assistant Director to:
  • Plan the overall strategic direction of the Training Academy
  • Develop new training business, partnership and collaborations
  • Market new and existing programmes, plan and manage attachment programmes from external institutions
  • Manage the operations of the training academy to ensure compliance with government funding requirements and CPE guidelines
  • Manage and ensure the smooth operations of end-to-end programme execution and delivery 
  • Coordinate with trainers or lecturers to contribute their creative, professional expertise, talents and skills to deliver quality and relevant training courses
  • Manage CPE audit process and minutes taking for both academic and examination board meetings
  • Manage CIR audit process and minutes taking for joint committee meetings


  • Recognized degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Working experience in the eldercare sector or working experience with a Continuing Education Training (CET) or ATOs is preferred
  • Experience in programme development and marketing
  • Strong in programme management for academic programmes and/ or WDA programme
  • Strong in developing new programmes or corporate workshops
  • Strong in project management
  • Familiar with CPE guidelines, Academic and Examination Boards requirements
  • Possess a teaching certificate or ACTA or DACE is preferred
  • Ability to lead and work effectively independently as well as within a team
  • Good presentation and writing skills
