Responsibilities
Manage the trade finance operation, preparation of financial inputs for banks in connection with working capital limit enhancements, structuring of limits and fund raising.
Administration of shipping and commercial contracts
Dealing with banks and financial institutions, work on business planning, feasibility studies, support for M & A and new capital investment projects
.
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant with either ACCA, CPA, CFA or MBA holder with 8 to 10 years all round finance experience
Strength in structuring and managing trade finance, commercial contracting. Preference will be given to those with exposure in shipping, logistics and banking industry.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, sensitive with cross cultural behaviour.
Incumbent is expected to work closely with counterpart in India and Group Companies in this region.
Strong analytical skills and IT literacy preferably with knowledge in SAP software
Those with in depth and strong experience will be considered for Senior Manager position
