You will oversee and undertake the administrative and finance roles to support the work of the division.
The administrative role includes planning, establishing of work systems, budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, ensuring timely and accurate reports as well as other day-to-day administrative functions.
You will also need to undertake liaison and coordination functions with both internal and external partners as well as project management.
Good Degree, preferably with minimum two years of experience in administration, budgeting and handling of financial reporting and signing of contracts
Initiative as well as strong planning, organisational, management, and administrative skills
Meticulous and able to multi-task with excellent analytical skills
Creative, dynamic, resourceful and able to work independently
