Our client, a leading global financial services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to manage their regional infrastructure middleware team in Singapore.
The Job
In this pivotal role you will lead and manage a regional infrastructure middleware team in implementing and integrating middleware services. Reporting to the Head of Application Services, this role provides functional, technical and process leadership. The role is accountable for day to day and project level delivery to ensure that the regional team remains compliant with enterprise standards.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you would have the following skills and experience:
Detailed knowledge of the technical solutions available to deliver a global middleware platform with IBM MQ
Excellent people leadership skills with proven experience in technical team management
Strong organisational, communication, planning and negotiation skills
Broad knowledge of the Financial Services sector and a demonstrated understanding of the regulatory environment
Broad knowledge of Database, Intel, Storage, Web and Unix technologies
Proven project management ability with a track record of delivery to time, cost and budget
