Job Descriptions

  • Function as a HR partner to various department heads in developing/ reviewing JDs and understanding respective hiring needs - identify skills and competencies
  • Develop recruitment and advertising strategies to attract potential candidates
  • Conduct selection interviews
  • Assist in managing compensation and benefits policies and compensation surveys:

~ Recommend and introduce local and market best practices and policies to help the company to attract, motivate and retain its staff more effectively

  • Provide professional support and guidance in people development:

~ Conduct skills analysis, develop training and recruitment plans to fill critical gaps
~ Proactively source for relevant external training programs or organize training internally.

  • Update and implement the employee welfare, insurance and human resource policies and ensure HR compliance with applicable regulations
  • Oversee and handle internal staff communications and employee relations (including advising line managers on HR matters such as counselling, grievances and termination)
  • Administer performance appraisal and measurement systems implementation
  • Perform all HR administrative tasks with support from assistant


  • Diploma/ Degree in HR Management/Business Administration
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience with some supervisory exposure
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • High degree of integrity, perceptive, committed, energetic, responsible and meticulous with a can-do attitude and good sense of confidentiality
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Walking Distance from Tai Seng MRT Station
  • Salary Budget: Up to S$4,000.00 with AWS and Variable Bonus
