Job Descriptions


Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will be part of the Hospice Care Service team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Visiting cancer clients at home
  • Work in collaboration with members of a multi-disciplinary team to provide the best care to our clients
  • Assess nutritional needs of the clients
  • Adjust current medication as needed to achieve optimal symptom control
  • Assume professional responsibility and accountability for outcomes in nursing practice

  • Registered nurse with knowledge in Basic Palliative Care Nursing and Nursing skills
  • Strong desire to serve palliative care
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Able to converse in a Chinese Dialects speaking as many of our clients speak only dialect (eg Teochew, Hokkien)
  • IT savy
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
