The Senior/ Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap for a portion of the FairPrice Online ecommerce platform. He/she will collaborate closely with other departments, working daily with Site, Operations, Merchandising and IT Development teams. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. He/she is customer focused and able to move nimbly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

The Product Manager will:

• Translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver customer benefits and meet business goals
• Drive product discovery process
• Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
• Supports product implementation and deployment

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or related field
• Preferably with Retail or Ecommerce background
• Comfortable with technology and able to partner effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess experience with ecommerce-related in front end or back-end
