Provide inputs for commercial and contractual matters in tendering
Handle progress interim payment, claims applications and variation orders
Assist project manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients & subcontractors
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
3 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in M&E projects
Good interpersonal skills
Independent & attentive to details
