Responsibilities

 

  • Manage portfolio of accounts in the assigned Corporate industrial segments with the objective of generating the budgeted occupancy and average room rate for the hotels
  • Develop and service Corporate accounts and to undertake additional responsibilities of other segments
  • Assist in achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction and overseeing the financial performance of the department
  • Assist in building and maintaining contact with all clients and ensure high level of client satisfaction
  • Identify major prospects and formulate action plans & sales strategy aimed at servicing and converting potentials to clients
  • Continuously seek opportunities for business & acquisitions within their portfolio
  • Monitor market trends, paying attention to yield management

Requirements

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Hotel Management / Marketing Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years related working experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Good network of corporate clientele
  • Mature and result-oriented individual with excellent PR skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills with an innovative approach in providing solutions
  • Creative mind with strong visualization skills
  • Initiative and pro-active
  • Team player
