Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, you will be support in areas of organizational Development and training matters.
Key focus areas include:
Manage and conduct yearly LNA exercise for the organisation and translate findings into learning plan and calendar
Partner line manages in the design / development of programmes and the Implementation of learning activities
Work closely with external training providers as well as key personnel on subject matter experts within the organisation in the implementation of appropriate technical training plans and OJT programs
Partner senior management in the delivery of in-house leadership training programs
Support the Manager in areas of career planning programs, scholarship and sponsorship, statistical finding of program effectiveness and training related reporting
Conceptualize T&OD strategies that will compliment business objectives
Requirements:
Min Degree in HRM/ HRD with 5 - 7years of OD and L&D experience
Equipped with Train the Trainer Certification
Good knowledge in LMS and E-learning
Strong initiative with a passion for challenges
Ability to add value towards the business with in-depth knowledge of training management and practices with strong influencing skills
Experience in working closely with the Senior Management
Possessed good interpersonal and communication skills
