Job Descriptions


  • Provide solutions or alternatives for customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotations
  • Issue and generate invoices and delivery orders
  • Arrange and liaise with logistic Company for delivery
  • Prepare Meter Reading invoices
  • Stock taking of inventory
  • Prepare PO to supplier/ vendor
  • Involve in road shows and tradeshows (Cashiering/ inventory)
  • Prepare inventory report after road shows
  • Prepare maintenance agreement for Sales personnel
  • Perform Level 1 and 2 diagnosis and rectification where possible, and escalate relevant issues by dispatching engineers on-site
  • Handle incoming calls and emails on printer incidents reported by End Users
  • Perform ticket creation, updating, assigning, and closing of incident tickets
  • Provide sound advice to customers regarding the printer issues reported
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Basic knowledge in Networking configuration
  • Diploma in IT/ Electronics, Nitec in Technology or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of TCP/ IP and IT Networks
  • Pleasant and polite with customer oriented attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively, calmly, and patiently
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Responsible and a good team player
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Fresh graduates & ORD personnel are welcome to apply

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
