Job Description:

Service Engineer- Marine Industry

($ Negotiable/MNC/5days/West)

 

Key Responsibilites:

• As job leader to carry out engine repair and overhaul.
• Trouble shooting and perform maintenance, reconditioning of engines in yard, afloat, on voyage or in port.
• To liaise, organise and execute the given task independently.
• Perform engine diagnostic, inspection and breakdown repairs.
• Prepare service reports for submiission to customer according to Company standards
• Serve as main communicator both on-site and off-site to customer.

 

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in marine offshore industries and shipyards
• Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of medium speed engine preferably in Sulzer engines etc
• Diagnostic skills
• Willing to travel outside Singapore.
• Preferably with minimum Class 3 driving licence.
• Must be computer literate
