Our client is a well-established public-listed manufacturing company located at JURONG. Currently they have an opening for the position Shipping /Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:
• In-charge of oversee suppliers' shipping documentations presentation • Plan and manage materials flow from suppliers to overseas subcontractors • Maintain good SAP DOCUMENTATION (PO/SO/GR/GI/Billing) to the suppliers/customers and handle necessary documentation for import/export • Manage effectively suppliers' delivery schedule and follow up overseas's team for inspection reports • Responsible in managing new samples development tracking and evaluation report • Manage marine cargo coverage declaration • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Min Diploma holder with 2-3 years of related working experience and knowledge of SAP, LC will have added advantage. • Pleasant and has good communication skills • Self-starter, self-motivated, good team player and has an eye for details • Strong command in English and Chinese (to speak to chinese counterparts) • Good in computer skills • Singaporean and PR only
