Job Descriptions

Responsibilities            

  • Provide sales administrative support to outsource partners
  • Collate/tabulate weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Checking of commission reports
  • Creation, checking and clearing of sales incidents
  • Monitor closely on follow-up cases
  • Responding to cases by calling customers when required
  • Provide sales support to telemarketing team when needed

Job Benefits

Requirements

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
  • Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Systematic and meticulous 
  • Initiative, responsible and independent
  • Able to work shift (4 weekdays and 1 weekend, including Public Holidays)
  • Singaporean and Singapore PR Only
